Totes and Pane / Bolsas y Pane

I have the best mom on earth... she´s sweet, loyal, strong, caring... I could go on and on. She IS an amazing mother, a loving grandmother, the coolest mother-in-law and an admirable woman (betcha she´s crying as she´s reading this... she´s a Piscis). I have the typical mamma italiana (minus the overfeeding and the wacks on the back of the head). She´ll go crazy over good olive oil, great pasta and warm bread, fresh out of the oven. We live in a small town just outside a big city, and one of the things my mom loves to do, is walk into town and buy freshly baked bread.

Tengo la mejor mamá del mundo... es dulce, leal, fuerte, amorosa... podría seguir por horas. Definitivamente es una increible madre, una abuela entregada, la suegra más chida y una mujer admirable (te apuesto que está llorando mientras lee esto.. es piscis). Tengo la típica mamma italiana (menos la compulsiva necesidad de engordar a quienes la rodean y los sapes en la cabeza). Puede enloquecer por un buen aceite de olivo, pasta de verdad y pan recién horneado. Vivimos en un pueblo chico, afuera de una ciudad grande, y una de las cosas que a mi mamá le gusta hacer es caminar al pueblo a comprar pan del día. So, inspired by Mother´s Day, I made her a tote to fashionably carry her pane in, as she walks down the street.

Así que, inspirada por el Día de la Madre, le he confeccionado esta bolsa para cargar su pane con estilo, mientras camina por la calle.
