buscando un camino: paz / searching for a way: peace

My name is Claudia. I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, an artist a woman... and I live in Mexico. Why should the place where I live somehow determine who I am, how I do what I do, and how familiar I am with violence and fear?
This is all wrong.

Yo vengo a ofrecer mi corazón
Tanta sangre que se llevo el río
Yo vengo a ofrecer mi corazón

Who said all is lost,
I´ve come to offer my heart,
All the blood the river has swept away,
I´ve come to offer my heart.

This will not be easy, I know what is happening,
This will not be as useful as I had thought,
Like opening up my chest end exposing my soul,
A stab of pure love.

  3. Heartbreaking. We don't know each other but I enjoy your blog, and ache for the fear and pain of violence that you and many others are faced with.
