Little Wool Jacket

I´ve been craving autumn. Cool weather and the perfect excuse to dress my little muñequita in warmer cute creations. I found this wonderful wool fabric at the store and ran straight for it (tackling a few innocent bystanders in the process). I gave the little jacket a soft cotton lining and made it reversible.

He estado esperando el otoño con ansias. Clima fresco; la escusa perfecta para vestir a mi muñequita con creaciones más clientitas. Encontré esta maravillosa lana en la tienda y corrí directo por ella (tacleando a algunos de los inocentes transeuntes en el proceso). Le di al abriguito un suave forro de algodón y lo hice reversible.

FINALLY! After all this time, I finally got something done! I bought this beautiful pattern at Heidi and Finn´s Etsy shop, and found yards of this amazing black Baby Alpaca lying in my mom´s closet. She brought it back from Peru last year, and hadn´t gotten down to making something out of this unbelievably soft and warm fabric. I simply couldn´t let it go to waist, especially with a cold winter just around the corner.

¡FINALMENTE! ¡Después de todo este tiempo logro terminar algo! Compré este maravilloso patrón en la tienda Etsy de Heidi and Finn, y encontré metros de esta maravillosa Baby Alpaca en el closet de mi mamá. Lo trajo con ella en su regreso de Perú el año pasado, y no había tenido oportunidad de hacer algo con esta tela maravillosamente suave. Simplemente no pude permitir tal desperdicio, especialmente con un frío invierno que se comienza a sentir presente por las mañanas.
