Hi Claudia, I found your blog via Disney's blog Ruffles and Stuff. I'm thinking of making a new-sew flutter cape like yours for my niece for Christmas. Would you mind giving me an idea of what size your little girl is/ was when she wore this cape? My niece is a size 3 or 4, and not having any kids of my own is making it hard to estimate how big to cut the fleece! Thanks so much! Meredith
Hi Meredith! I made this caplet exactly 1 year ago, this means my daughter had just turned 4 two weeks before the picture was taken. I´m not sue, but i think i cut the main fleece (not the part that you pleat) about 1 meter long. If you need exact measurments of the caplet just tell me...it`ll probably take me a few days to get back to you cause I´m on a crazy sewing schedule, I have to deliver my winter designs to a store... but I´ll try to answer as soon as posible. Buena Suerte! Clau
These look wonderful! I'm so glad you were able to use the idea!!
