Oh So Many Shades of White / Las Dulces Caras del Blanco

So mommie´s been experimenting. I felt like making something new for Father´s Day. Daddy loves seeing his princess parade around the house in beautiful outfits. I found and refabed an old baby dress that was handed down to us by... uhm...somebody (can´t remember who...braincramp) and wanted to make a beautiful dress to go with it, something simple. I came out with a bit more than expected: The Tulip Dress/Skirt!
¡"Tulipan": Un Vestido/Falda!
Top:White Jersey fabric / Top Skirt: White Cotton Linen / Bottom Skirt: Thin White Cotton
Note to self: Beware & prepare for teenage years to come: the girl´s got personality.
Top: Algodón tipo Playera Blanca / Falda Superior: Lino Blanco / Falda Inferior: Delgado Algodón Blanco
Recordatorio personal: Agárrate y prepárate para los años de pubertad por venir: esta chica tiene personalidad.
Bring down, fold over and...
Jalar hacia abajo, doblar el top, y......you have a long, flowy skirt!
...¡tienes una linda falda larga en capas!

  6. thankyou! Gala and i love it as well...as for the shirt, it´s one of those pretty little thinfs i discovered at the bottom of one of those bags filled with donated and abandoned baby stuff. It´s actually a baby dress. I loved it the second i saw it so i decided to sew it up, give it a minifacelift and turn it into a blouse. One of the easiest refabs i´ve ever done. I´m crrrrrazzy about it. Cute right? There is no such thing as garbage when it comes to clothing, i say! Thanks for visiting! Clau
