Today my kiddos celebrated United Nations Day at school. Each child had to dress up and make a traditional dish from a certain country. Gala represented Peru. "Yay!" was my first thought, and "U-oh!" was my second thought. I got home last night at 11pm, after expo madness and had no idea what to do today at 6am....so this is what we figured out!
Hoy mis nenes celebraron el Día de las Naciones Unidas en la escuela. Cada niño debía llevar un platillo y un atuendo tradicional del país que le haya tocado. A Gala representó a Perú. "¡Sí!", fué mi primer pensamiento, "¡Hay no!", fué mi segundo pensamiento. Anoche llegué a casa a las 11pm después de la locura de expo y hoy a las 6 am, no tenía idea de qué hacer...¡así esto fué lo que improvisamos!
