Back 2 School on a Budget: Outfit 1 / Regreso a Clases Ahorrando: Atuendo 1

Honestly...I´m not gonna be wearing this. My size, but definitely not my color or my style.
Gala LOVES it for obvious reasons
Gala lo ADORA por razones obviasI feel happy just seeing how purple and orange look together. I had this orange jersey fabric and decided to mix, match, have fun and...
Kangaroo pocket in the front
¡¡¡TAAAN FACIL!!! Bolsillito de kanguro en el frenteElastic just below the sleeves (this gives it that "imperial cut" look)
And happy ruffles at the bottom.
Y olanes felíces en la parte de abajo.I think I´ll experiment a whole bunch with this idea just because it´s so easy, so cheap, so comfy AND I won´t go green in the face when Gala comes back from school the color of mud or finger paints.

NOTE: If the neck is too wide for baby-girl, you can slit a small openening on the inside of the T and slide a thin elastic through from one side to the other, pull taught, sow and close (peasant dress style). I find this to be soooo easy, I didn´t think it was worth a tutorial, but if anyone wants a tutorial, I´d be happy to post one with the next T-shirt I get my hands on!
