Today I feel happy. Not over-board-freaky-bipolar-happy. It´s more a mellow kind of happy. The kind that makes you think of sweet little girl laughter beneath crispy white sheets, of soft morning light shining through a kitchen window, of the smell of hot coffee rising behind the entrancing words of your favorite book, or of one man´s eyes expressing enough love for the entire planet, and you being at the recieving end of such kindness. Just you. For one precious moment. Today, that´s my kind of happy.

Hoy estoy felíz. No un tipo de alegría-extrema-bipolar-que-inspira-miedo. Es más bien como una felicidad tranquila. El tipo de alegría que te hace pensar en una dulce risa de niña bajo frescas sábanas blancas, en una suave luz de mañana entrando por la ventana de la cocina, en el olor a café caliente subiendo a ti por detrás de las hechizantes palabras de tu libro favorito, o en los ojos de un solo hombre expresando suficiente amor para el mundo entero, y tu estando del lado receptor de tánta bondad. Solo tu. Por un preciado instante. Hoy, este es mi tipo de felicidad.
